Despite the tech not having the necessary part for an immediate fix, Emily was proactive, offering either to relocate me or to provide space heaters. I opted for the heaters as I was only staying one more night. Her promptness and effective problem-solving really stood out, ensuring my stay was comfortable despite the initial setback.
