Enter the home through the large covered wrap around porch. The perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning! Bedrooms: All three beds are on the second level of the home, you must climb a flight of stairs to access them. They're equipped with comfortable mattresses, cozy comforters, soft sheets, and plenty of pillows to customize your comfort. Each bedroom includes closets and hangers so you can unpack during your stay. *Pack n Play available in the primary bedroom Kitchen & Laundry: The kitchen is complete with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, dishwasher and oven with electric range. We always make sure there is coffee, tea and condiments for them stocked for your convenience. If you find yourself needing to do a load of laundry, have no fear! We’ve provided a washer and dryer located just off the kitchen. Living Area: There is a smart TV with Roku access. We have also provided games to play and books to read during your stay! With a foosball table, hook & ring, and darts, this is the perfect space to gather with family and friends! All smart TV’s allow you to sign into any streaming services that you have access to at home! Just sign in with your current TV provider or username and password and you are ready to watch your favorite shows, sports and movies! Cable service is not provided. Bathrooms: We have two bathrooms fully stocked for your convenience. Shampoo, Conditioner and Shower gel will be found in a dispenser in the showers. We’ve provided plush bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. Outdoors: Off the living room there's a sunroom leading to a fenced in backyard and an underground pool waiting for you to enjoy. Please note the pool is NOT heated and is only available during summer months. In the sunroom, there is a home gym with everything you need! A treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, dumbbells, yoga mats, and more are just what you need to get a workout in on the road. PLEASE NOTE: -Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions. -We only accept bookings from individuals aged 25 and older. Bookings made by anyone under the age of 25 will not be accepted.
