PLEASE NOTE: -All bedrooms are located on the second level. There are 4 steps getting into the home. -Please sign into your streaming services and enjoy! We do not offer cable. -Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions. -We only accept bookings from individuals aged 25 and older. Bookings made by anyone under the age of 25 will not be accepted. We can't wait to host you!
Other Details to Note
-All 3 bedrooms are located on the second level of the home. Please note, the stairs are fairly steep and wooden. -There is zip-line in the backyard that you are welcome to use! Please enjoy at your own risk. -The garage is not for guests use -The backyard is partially fenced. It is NOT fully fenced.
