As you step into the home, you'll be greeted by an open living space that features a cozy couch and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of travel or exploring Wichita. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, and coffee maker. Off the kitchen, you'll find a cozy dining area that seats four people comfortably. Heres why you'll love it! PLEASE NOTE: -Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions. -We only accept bookings from individuals aged 25 and older. Bookings made by anyone under the age of 25 will not be accepted. We can't wait to host you.

-Traffic noise and train sounds are too be expected. -The driveway is shared with the house next door. We only have parking for 1 vehicle in the driveway, all other cars will need to be parked on the street.

House Rules

Check-in is at 4 pm. Checkout is at 11 am. Early check-in & late checkouts requests are subject to fees. We cannot confirm these requests until the day of as we’re never sure how the previous guest will leave the space or if there is a guest booked right behind you. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff without prior written authorization will be fined $50 per 1/2 hour. Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Please contact us if you're booking within your city. Smoking, illegal drugs, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on porches and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $250 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. The use of marijuana in any way, shape, or form in or around our property is strictly prohibited. Guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. We use video surveillance around the exterior of the home. If cameras are disabled or blocked it will result in a $200 fine and you will immediately be asked to leave the home. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the space to monitor excessive noise levels. Devices do not record conversations but measures decibels. Guests are not allowed to use glitter, confetti, or any other sort of decoration that will make clean up difficult for the cleaning team. Guest may not tape anything to our walls, ceilings, or woodwork.
