As you step into the home, you'll be greeted by an open living space that features a cozy couch and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of travel or exploring Wichita. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, and coffee maker. Off the kitchen, you'll find a cozy dining area that seats four people comfortably. Heres why you'll love it! BEDROOM: -King sized bed -Vanity with LED light -Closet BATHROOM: -Shower/Tub combo -Shampoo -Conditioner -Hair dryer -Plush towels -Cotton balls, q-tips, and cotton pads -Essentials The in home washer and dryer is a perfect addition to the space for short or long stays. We strive to provide our guests with a memorable stay, and we hope you will enjoy the comfort and convenience of our home during your visit! PLEASE NOTE: -Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions. -We only accept bookings from individuals aged 25 and older. Bookings made by anyone under the age of 25 will not be accepted. We can't wait to host you.
Other Details to Note
-Traffic noise and train sounds are too be expected. -The driveway is shared with the house next door. We only have parking for 1 vehicle in the driveway, all other cars will need to be parked on the street.
