LAUNDRY: Our property features on-site laundry, ensuring your stay is as convenient as possible. Please note the laundry is located in the basement. FULLY FENCED YARD: Enjoy your morning coffee or evening relaxation in the fenced backyard, ideal for just simply unwinding! PLEASE NOTE: -Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions. -We only accept bookings from individuals aged 25 and older. Bookings made by anyone under the age of 25 will not be accepted. We can't wait to host you!
