Clean, cozy, convenient, renovated and bright! The space is designed to offer comfort and convenience for guests whether they are visiting Wichita for work, leisure, or a little bit of both. The living area has a large TV and comfortable sectional - the perfect place for guests to unwind! A private work space can be found here, perfect for if you are working from home. The living room opens to the dining room where there is a large table to enjoy meals (seating for 4). All smart TV’s allow you to sign into any streaming services that you have access to at home! Just sign in with your current TV provider or username and password and you are ready to watch your favorite shows, sports and movies! Cable service is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with all of the basics for you to cook breakfast, lunch, or dinner. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, toaster, Keurig, electric range, oven and microwave. Right off the living room are two bedrooms with a new mattresses and luxurious bedding. One bedroom has a comfy Queen bed, the other equipped with a comfy King bed! Located between the two bedrooms is the bathroom. It's a full size bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The basement is your go-to spot for fun and relaxation! Perfect for making memories with family and friends, this space features board games, an air hockey table, and even a slot machine for hours of entertainment. Unwind on the comfortable futon (bedding in the closet) and enjoy movie nights on the large smart TV. You’ll also find the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer located right in the basement. Responsible pet owners are welcome! It’s just more fun traveling with the whole family. The backyard is spacious and fully fenced in. Please let us know about your dog when booking. We ask that you kennel your dog when unattended. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, we are confident our place will provide you with a relaxing and enjoyable visit in Wichita. PLEASE NOTE: -Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions. -We only accept bookings from individuals aged 25 and older. Bookings made by anyone under the age of 25 will not be accepted. We can't wait to host you!
