This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom property features beautiful hardwood floors, a newly renovated kitchen with an eat-in bar, and an updated bathroom with a bathtub and shower — perfect for relaxing after a long day. One bedroom offers a spacious king bed with two closets, while the second bedroom features a cozy queen bed and one closet. A hallway storage closet is also available for your convenience. The open living room includes a comfortable sectional sofa and a TV for unwinding during your stay. The home also includes a washer and dryer located right off the kitchen, a long driveway for easy parking, and a backyard to enjoy some outdoor space. Brand new HVAC system making sure your stay will be comfortable! Conveniently located close to downtown and nearby hospitals, this property is ideal for travel nurses, medical professionals, or anyone needing an extended stay. PLEASE NOTE: Reservations are not permitted for guests booking within their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area code must submit a driver’s license upon booking. If a local address is listed, the reservation will be canceled. No exceptions. Guests must be 25 years or older to book. Reservations made by individuals under 25 will not be accepted. Please note, this property does have a charcoal grill. Please brings your own charcoal as we do not provide any. We allow pets to stay on the property under the following conditions: -There is a pet fee that must be paid up front. This is per pet. -All pets must be potty trained, house trained, and owners must clean up any droppings left in the yard. -Pets must also be kept in a kennel when unattended and kept off the furniture and beds at all times. -Any damage found after the stay will result in a fee equal to the amount of damage done. Please note, the backyard is NOT fully fenced.
