Recently updated with beautiful fixtures and great functionality. Walk into the cozy dining room and living room with large Smart TV, stylish seating and dining table with seating for 4 guests. The kitchen has been fully remodeled and is fully equipped with a refrigerator, electric range, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and many other kitchen essentials.. The beautifully updated bathroom includes a walk-in shower, that is easy to use and convenient. A washer and dryer in unit is included! All smart TV’s allow you to sign into any streaming services that you have access to at home! Just sign in with your current TV provider or username and password and you are ready to watch your favorite shows, sports and movies! Cable service is not provided. We just added a fenced in patio right off of the back door. Enjoy your morning coffee or just get some fresh air in the private patio! Please note that there is no dishwasher. 5 minutes to The Wave Venue 3 minutes to St Francis Hospital 9 minutes to Wesley Hospital PLEASE NOTE: -Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions. -We only accept bookings from individuals aged 25 and older. Bookings made by anyone under the age of 25 will not be accepted.
Other Details to Note
We allow pets to stay on the property under a few conditions. First, there is a pet fee that must be paid up front. This is per pet. All pets must be potty trained, house trained, and owners must clean up any droppings left in the yard. Pets must also be kept in a kennel when unattended and kept off the furniture and beds at all times. Any damage found after the stay will result in a fee equal to the amount of damage done.
