One of the standout features of this space is the two separate living areas, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. Whether you’re traveling with friends, family, colleagues, or on your own, this home provides a spacious and comfortable place to land. As you enter the home, you’re welcomed into the first living room—an inviting space ideal for conversation, board games, and quality time together. Open the blackout curtains to reveal a large front-facing window that fills the room with beautiful natural light. Through the hallway you will find both bedrooms and a full bathroom. Bedrooms: - King mattresses - Soft linens - Large closets - Ceiling fans Full Bathroom: - Shower/Tub combo - Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash - Hair dryer - Plush towels Continuing through the home, you will see the dining room (seats 6-7) and large, fully stocked kitchen. Heres what you can expect! Kitchen: - Coffee maker (standard drip and single cup) - Standard appliances (fridge, microwave, & range) - Toaster - Dishwasher - Kids dinnerware - Cooking basics At the back of the home, you’ll find the second living area—a bright and relaxing retreat featuring a large sectional and a smart TV. With walls lined by large windows, natural light fills the space and offers a lovely view of the backyard, making it an ideal spot to keep an eye on kids or pets while they enjoy the outdoors. In the basement you will find a washer and dryer, perfect for longer stays. We strive to provide our guests with a memorable stay, and we hope you will enjoy the comfort and convenience of our home during your visit! PLEASE NOTE: -Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions. -We only accept bookings from individuals aged 25 and older. Bookings made by anyone under the age of 25 will not be accepted. We can't wait to host you!
