Once you are inside it's all one level for anyone that needs a home without any stairs (5 steps leading into the home). The front door opens into the living room that has a warm feel right off the bat. Spread out on the couch and enjoy a show on the large TV. Kick back and relax in the living room or play some board games provided! All smart TV’s allow you to sign into any streaming services that you have access to at home! Just sign in with your current TV provider or username and password and you are ready to watch your favorite shows, sports and movies! Cable service is not provided. A private work space is also provided if you are working from home. We are equipped with high speed WIFI. Right off the living room are two bedrooms with a new mattresses and luxurious bedding. Both bedrooms are light and airy with comfy Queen/King beds that makes for a refreshing nights sleep! The bathroom is a full size bathroom with a shower/tub combo. We provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your convenience. The dining table comfortably seats 4. The remodeled kitchen makes cooking a breeze with granite countertops as well as everything you need to prepare a good meal. All cookware and dinnerware is provided. We work hard to ensure cleanliness and to provide our guests with everything they need to feel comfortable; quality towels and linens, a well-stocked kitchen, and a comfortable living space. PLEASE NOTE: -Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions. -We only accept bookings from individuals aged 25 and older. Bookings made by anyone under the age of 25 will not be accepted. We can't wait to host you!
