Emily's place was everything and more. Check-in was a breeze, the house had more than expected in terms of beach towels, kitchen equipment, and comfort. The house was very clean and the beds were cozy. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. We would definitely stay here again.

A group of ladies and I rented Emily’s place for a book club retreat. Check-in was easy and there was ample parking for all vehicles. We were able to settle in quickly. The kitchen was well stocked with both supplies as well as spices and plastic for use around the pool. The house stayed nice and cool despite the heat. We absolutely loved the design of the pool, which had a nice bench around the perimeter for lounging and a large, low shelf that would be perfect for kids. Things we didn’t love: the open loft made it difficult for some of the ladies to get quality sleep and the staircase would be a huge drawback with little kids. Outside of these two things, many of us can’t wait to visit again.

This stay was truly something special. The place was absolutely beautiful! It was so inviting, peaceful, and full of charm. We made so many amazing memories here that we’ll carry with us for a long time. The location was perfect, and the people in the area were so kind and welcoming, which made us feel even more comfortable. Communication with the host was a breeze! Emily is so friendly, helpful, and responsive. Honestly, it felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience

We LOVED everything about the place. Got to meet Emily's precious dad. (He was treating the pool when we got there) Beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, we spent most of the time in the pool, lots of beach towels and floats. Had everything we needed for a wedding weekend in Cheney. GREAT location near the lake. Beautiful place!

Really cool and unique place. The view out to pool with wildflower field behind was awesome super peaceful and great scenery. The pool was crystal clear and well taken care of. There is a big sunshade over one corner, which was perfect for grandkids to stay cool, and the splash pad was a huge plus for the little ones they loved it. We had good time cooking on the black stone grill and hanging out around the big kitchen island in the morning. The layout worked great for us plenty of space, and it was nice having two separate areas so the grandkids could do their thing upstairs while we relaxed downstairs. Would definitely recommend this spot for a family friendly place to stay grandkids loved it.
