Walk into the cozy dining room and living room with large Smart TV, stylish seating and dining table with seating for 4 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, range, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and many other kitchen essentials.. The bathroom includes a shower/tub combo, making it perfect to relax after a long day of exploring! A washer and dryer in unit is included! All smart TV’s allow you to sign into any streaming services that you have access to at home! Just sign in with your current TV provider or username and password and you are ready to watch your favorite shows, sports and movies! Cable service is not provided. 5 minutes to The Wave Venue 3 minutes to St Francis Hospital 9 minutes to Wesley Hospital PLEASE NOTE: -Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions. -We only accept bookings from individuals aged 25 and older. Bookings made by anyone under the age of 25 will not be accepted.
