Enter the home through the large covered porch. The perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning! Relax on the large sectional in the living room and enjoy the flat screen smart TV. A desk is provided should you be in town for work. All smart TV’s allow you to sign into any streaming services that you have access to at home! Just sign in with your current TV provider or username and password and you are ready to watch your favorite shows, sports and movies! Cable service is not provided. The kitchen is complete with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, Kuerig coffee maker, dishwasher and oven with electric range. We always make sure there is coffee, tea and condiments for them stocked for your convenience. All beds have comfortable mattresses, cozy comforters, soft sheets, and plenty of pillows to customize your comfort. The home's bathroom is between the two bedrooms. We offer shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as well as hand soap and blow dryer. We will also provide you with towels, bath tissue, and other comforts of home. The laundry room equipped with washer, dryer and iron is located just off the kitchen. PLEASE NOTE: -Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions. -We only accept bookings from individuals aged 25 and older. Bookings made by anyone under the age of 25 will not be accepted. We can't wait to host you!
