The space is designed to offer comfort and convenience for guests whether they are visiting Wichita for work, leisure, or a little bit of both. The living area has a large TV and comfortable couches - the perfect place for guests to unwind! Living room opens to the dining room where there is a large wood table to enjoy meals. A private work space is also provided if you are working from home. We are equipped with high speed WIFI. All smart TV’s allow you to sign into any streaming services that you have access to at home! Just sign in with your current TV provider or username and password and you are ready to watch your favorite shows, sports and movies! Cable service is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with all of the basics for you to cook breakfast, lunch, or dinner. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, toaster, electric range, oven and microwave. Right off the living room are two bedrooms with a new mattresses and luxurious bedding. One bedroom has a comfy Queen bed, the other equipped with a comfy King bed! Located between the two bedrooms is the bathroom. It's a full size bathroom with a shower/tub combo. We provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your convenience. The laundry room equipped with washer and dryer is located in the basement for you to use as needed. Responsible pet owners are welcome! It’s just more fun traveling with the whole family. The backyard is spacious and fully fenced in. Please let us know about your dog when booking. We ask that you kennel your pet when unattended. Have small children? There is a Pack 'n Play in the closet! The entire home is yours, including a covered parking spot. Parking is available on the driveway and in the street. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, we are confident our place will provide you with a relaxing and enjoyable visit in Wichita. PLEASE NOTE: -Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions. -We only accept bookings from individuals aged 25 and older. Bookings made by anyone under the age of 25 will not be accepted.
