The bedroom window unit has a thermostat. - This property has a communal fenced patio/yard. This space is shared among all 4 units. Please note, the grill is also shared. - This property also has a communal laundry room in the basement that is shared with the unit above. - The fireplace is for decorative purposes only. - All smart TV’s allow you to sign into any streaming services that you have access to at home!
