The house features one bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed, Smart TV and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The living room is a perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day, with a comfortable couch and a large flat-screen TV with streaming services (sign in necessary). Just off the living room you have access to a private balcony. The fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. You can enjoy your meals at the kitchen table which seats two people. The bathroom has been recently renovated and features a shower/tub combo, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a short walk from downtown Wichita. You'll be close to all the best restaurants, bars, and shops in the area, as well as local attractions like the Wichita Art Museum, Botanica and the new baseball stadium. We take great pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space for our guests. Whether you're visiting Wichita for work or leisure, we're confident that you'll love staying at our home. PLEASE NOTE: -Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions. -We only accept bookings from individuals aged 25 and older. Bookings made by anyone under the age of 25 will not be accepted.
