The living room is a perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day, with a comfortable couch and a large flat-screen TV with streaming services (sign in necessary). Just off the living room you have access to a private balcony. The fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. You can enjoy your meals at the kitchen table which seats two people. The bathroom has been recently renovated and features a shower/tub combo, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a short walk from downtown Wichita. You'll be close to all the best restaurants, bars, and shops in the area, as well as local attractions like the Wichita Art Museum, Botanica and the new baseball stadium. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions. -We only accept bookings from individuals aged 25 and older.
