Enjoy a unique experience at this centrally-located train boxcar turned stylish airbnb. Just steps away from Intrust Bank Arena, and a couple blocks from downtown Wichita, you'll be in close proximity to all the features of downtown living. The boxcar is directly behind an event venue, which sometimes doubles as an upscale bar during high capacity arena events. Please do not book this space if noise from a possible event in the venue may bother you. Events may go as late as midnight.
Good to know
After parking behind the building in your designated spot, you'll walk in through the wooden gate and be in an enclosed courtyard. The boxcar unit is to your left. PLEASE NOTE: -Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions. -We only accept bookings from individuals aged 25 and older. Bookings made by anyone under the age of 25 will not be accepted.

Please note!!! We only have room for ONE vehicle per unit. Please plan accordingly. You will be given one parking pass when you check in, please place in the front window of your vehicle. Any cars without a parking pass will be towed at the owners expense. Failure to return pass after checkout will result in an additional $20 charge. Please note: this property has a steamer, rather than your traditional iron and board. This is a no pet property, no exceptions.

St Francis is the up and coming street in downtown Wichita. Our closest recognizable neighbor is Intrust Bank Arena, and we are just a couple blocks away from some vibin' locally owned restaurants, a plant shop, and breweries. Our brand new event venue hosts small gatherings, and we have a large industrial event venue across the street. This boxcar airbnb shares a courtyard with the event venue.

You'll have access to the graffitied box car, which is the first Airbnb to the left when entering the gated area!

There is public parking on St Francis, but we have a designated parking spot for each one of our 3 Airbnbs to the west (or behind the building). You'll drive down the alleyway to the west of St Francis to find these spots. Please park in the designated spot labeled "Boxcar."
